The Optima Views is located at 1720 Maple near the intersection of Maple and Church. Another near perfect location for people who want everything within walking distance. The Optima View is a contemporary building completed in 2003 at 27 stories and giving you great views of the Lake Michigan lake front and Chicago skyline. This property also has on site management, a pool attached garage and a door person to help you enjoy your stay at one of the most popular buildings in Evanston IL. Currently there are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available for sale in a wide range of floor plans. The building is right across the street from the Century movie house that has state of the art sound and great food and even a bar so you can have a drink while enjoying your movie in a high backed chair.
There is also an Optima building at 1580 Sherman called the Optima Towers. It is a nice building located at the South West corner of Davis and Sherman. This building does not have all the features that the Optima Views and Optima Horizons offer but is very nice and worth considering if you want to be a resident of Downtown Evanston.
